We have been friends for 10 years. We met when our boys were in kindergarten together; it was love at first sight for them and for us! Paulette has always had a passion for photography, and she quickly became our resident photographer for all events from birthdays to playdates to just having fun. We have a beautiful record of our children growing up thanks to her skill and desire to get that perfect shot! The idea for Magic Hour came from just that…we want everyone to have the perfect shot of their kids and families in a relaxed and fun environment.
Paulette fell in love with photography in high school. She continued to hone her craft while studying at the American College of Greece where she turned her apartment into a dark room! She created her own photography business there offering portraits and gorgeous landscapes that she developed and printed herself. When she returned to the states, she perfected her Photoshop skills at the multimedia design center at Cal Poly Pomona.
Robin is an artist who brings a trained eye to help facilitate the perfect look for your photo shoot. She has always been interested in all aspects of design from interiors to fashion and makeup to fine art. She will make sure everyone not only looks great but has fun while doing so!
